How It Works:

Below are the key areas to understanding the techniques:

Batting

To execute a cricket shot/stroke there must be a coordination of the following:

  • Balance, mobility, and stability from stance to shot execution
  • Keeping head still from stance to shot execution
  • Picking up the line and length of the ball (enhancing prediction)

Bowling

To execute the fast bowling action, bowl faster, and more accurately there must be a coordination of the following:

  • Smooth and fluid run (Sprint technique)
  • Head Still throughout bowling action
  • Arm Lag, Elbow-Shoulder alignment
  • Core coordination – reflexive stability

You will learn how to train these skills in this 8-week course!

Fielding

To execute accurate, quick, agile fielding techniques these skills must be coordinated:

  • Keeping head still
  • Footwork
  • Catching technique
  • See earlier and react faster
  • Move faster and stop faster

  • Class 8: Putting it All Together
